A Training Site for Future LPIM Practitioners
In addition to serving the community, U’Nique Diversity Innovation LLC is also an approved hands-on clinical training site for individuals pursuing their Licensed Practitioner of Indigenopathic Medicine (LPIM) certification. Through our training program, students will:

• Learn culturally centered health care practices in Community Wellness Coaching and Talking Circles
• Become leaders in Indigenous health and healing, bringing traditional wisdom back into modern wellness spaces

At U’Nique Diversity Innovation LLC, we are committed to empowering the Urban Indigenous community by providing holistic, culturally rooted wellness support. As a Community Health Care Worker agency, we recognize that health is more than just the absence of illness—it is the balance of mind, body, spirit, and community.
Through our Community Wellness Coaching program, our Licensed Indigenopathic Medicine Practitioners (LPIMs) guide individuals on a path toward better health, personal empowerment, and cultural reconnection.
We integrate Indigenous traditions with modern wellness coaching to help individuals achieve physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Our coaching services provide education, guidance, and support in the following areas:
• Lifestyle & Behavioral Health Coaching – Helping individuals set goals for personal growth, manage stress, and create balance in their daily lives.
• Culturally-Based Health Education – Teaching traditional Indigenous healing principles and leading talking circles that promote connection and shared wisdom.
• Nutrition & Holistic Health Support – Encouraging healthy eating habits, hydration, and the use of natural and traditional foods for overall wellness.
• Physical Wellness & Movement Guidance – Promoting active lifestyles through culturally relevant movement practices like dance, nature walks, and breathing exercises.
• Emotional & Mental Well-being Support – Providing encouragement, accountability, and self-reflection tools to help individuals develop healthy coping strategies.
• Chronic Disease Prevention & Health Promotion – Educating the community on preventive health practices to reduce the risk of common conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure.
• Peer Support & Community Connection – Facilitating talking circles, support groups, and wellness workshops to strengthen community ties and promote healing.
Dr. Larry Fisher, PhD, is a leading expert in Functional Medicine and behavioral health, committed to integrating Indigenous knowledge into modern healthcare. He earned his PhD in Functional Medicine from KCNH in 2019, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and later became an adjunct professor, contributing to the redesign of the PhD program.
Dr. Fisher enhanced his expertise at Harvard University's Kennedy School, focusing on tribal governance and policy. As the principal investigator for Bartron Medical Imaging, he has advanced medical imaging and disease theories and has lectured at prestigious institutions, including Harvard and Yale.
He has trained clinicians at Boston Medical Center on involving Indigenous communities in emergency medicine. In 2023, he introduced "Indigenopathic Medicine," merging Indigenous healing with modern science.
